PAYMENT

Payment is made through Paypal. Paypal is very secure and I will never have access to your financial information. Cheques are also accepted from UK customers only. However kits will only be dispatched once funds have been cleared. Please contact me for more information.

DELIVERY

Delivery anywhere in the UK is £4.50 per item. Provided I have stock orders are dispatched within 5 working days with Royal Mail First Class. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been sent.
International delivery cost is £10 per item. All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail International. A confirmation email will be sent once your item has been dispatched along with your tracking number. Delivery takes from 5 working days, depending on where you are in the world. Please also be aware that your country's Customs department may add import duty and charges to your parcel on arrival.

RETURNS

I am a one woman company and so am confident the kits are packed and checked with my acute attention to detail. However, if you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 48 hours of receiving, and I will happily do all I can to sort any issue you may have. If you do wish to return the kit, please use the Royal Mail Signed For Service as I cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, unopened and unused within 14 working days. I will refund the cost of the order to the cardholder, but unfortunately not the postage cost for returning the item unless the kit is faulty.
